Using specialist thermoforming ovens and jigs, we heat and shape solid surface materials such as Corian, Hi-Macs, Durasein and Hanex to create smooth, flowing vanity tops, wash troughs, upstands and feature panels. Every piece is formed and finished in-house to match your design, giving you elegant curves, tighter radii and joint-free details that are durable, hygienic and easy to clean in busy commercial washrooms.

Thermoforming has countless applications in our industry, and Stevens Washrooms are approved fabricators for Corian, Hi-Macs, Durasein and Hanex. At our Portsmouth workshops, our specialist machinery and skilled craftsmen shape these advanced materials to suit your exact requirements – from washrooms and restrooms to tea points, receptions and bespoke office furniture.

Following our visit, we will provide you with a fast, no obligation quote. On receipt of your order work on your washroom can generally commence within 6 – 8 weeks. Alternatively, providing a sufficient lead time is allowed we will endeavour to fit in with your time schedule. All prices quoted will be valid for a period of 3 months.
