Our in-house CNC machining lets us cut panels, doors, vanity tops and cubicles to millimetre-perfect sizes, so your washroom fits perfectly with no awkward gaps or on-site guesswork. Using your drawings (or layouts we create), we precision-machine every component for consistent quality, faster installation and a smarter finish. Whether you need standard cubicle runs or complex shapes around corners, columns and services, our CNC capability delivers washrooms that look sharp, perform reliably and are built for your building.

Design and Manufacture

Precision and quality go hand in hand with our inventive design, which is why we continually invest in our machinery and facilities. We invested a further £480,000 in a more advanced CNC machine, a new Rehau edge bander, and an expansion of our workshops and storage facilities in Portsmouth.

Our latest CNC machinery gives us tighter control over production times and far greater flexibility for bespoke joinery. It speeds up manufacturing, frees our team to focus more on design, and allows us to broaden and refine the range of products we offer our customers.

Following our visit, we will provide you with a fast, no obligation quote. On receipt of your order work on your washroom can generally commence within 6 – 8 weeks. Alternatively, providing a sufficient lead time is allowed we will endeavour to fit in with your time schedule. All prices quoted will be valid for a period of 3 months.
