Quinton Business Park

Stevens Washrooms was appointed to refurbish the washroom facilities at Quinton Business Park, with works completed in May 2025. The scheme was designed to deliver a fresh, contemporary aesthetic using a carefully balanced palette of colour and texture, while ensuring durability for a busy commercial environment.

Design Concept

The design centres on a striking visual contrast: a mid-tone green to the upper walls paired with light beige/cream tiling to the lower walls and floors. Fundermax 0607 Loen Ash was selected for the cubicles to provide a light, clean appearance and robust performance, sitting comfortably within the contemporary scheme. Black sanitaryware adds a bold, modern counterpoint to the softer wall and cubicle tones.
